<p>The visa denied service is a lie, all they do is look for loopholes. Sent the documents required: letter recieved from the embassy and copy of the passport. They are denying the refund as they say the letter is not original, which it is and sent proof of that fact. So disappointed in the company as i have used them before for international travel but will not use them again! Thats what happens when you try supporting local travel companies! Dont waste your time purchasing the extra sale items as it is is useless.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another problem is the way they deal with the refunds, you dont get a specific agent but each time get a response from a different consultant which is frustrating.</p>
Thank you for your help. I feel that the staff that originally assisted us could have been more empathetic and helpful. I hope in future you will advise people in the same situation what they can do! Happy it was sorted and the refund received :)
