I book tickets via Travelstart with Turkish Airline (Q3VUW7) to travel August 2020...Last year i received a mail saying if i select the option i will get vouchers... mid March no vouchers. Tickets raised on their system are closed after saying forwarded to correct department who never call back. There Whatsapp line tells me 72hr then sorted, but over 90hrs later nothing. When ask what next their response is give it some time??? No number to call, no person to talk to nothing!!!!
