TravelStarts with great customer service!

In the lazy public holiday afternoon, I booked a ticket using the search function and made an error in electing the date of travel because of the recommendation of the "cheapest flight." Don't judge me, we are all minding the cents right now.

Anyway, in panick I sent a request to cancel the ticket on the same day. The following day I received an email advising me that the ticket is not refundable and I called the contact centre of TravelStart, I was connected to Srikant who gave me immediate reassurance and confirmed that I have Flexible travel date insurance product so I can change the date because there is still an available flight for the date I intend to travel. The change took less than 10min on the phone including receiving an email of the updated and corrected ticket.
