Travelstart's inability to deal with stress
I understand Covid 19 has placed a lot of strain on the industry - but I have been trying to cancel my flight and organise a refund for over 2 weeks now. I keep getting half-baked replies and no help. Every time they say you will have a quote/answer within 72 hours. This is ridiculous and just goes to show how unprepared and incapable this company is. I can not recommend them to anybody based on their incompetence and lack of actual communication. Once I have received my money back I will NEVER be using travel start again

28 Mar 2020, 18:01Well here's an update: So 1 day after reviewing Travelstart on Hellopeter. I get a response. Not a response to any of my requests that I have sent. They just send through a voucher for the amount indicated on the ticket with the airline that I have to use directly with that airline. No discussion about this, no cancellation or refund options just a voucher. Nothing mentioned about all the other fees that were paid to travelstart. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY DECISIONS ARE MADE. I will be seeking legal advice. Unacceptable.
