Travelstart.de is shutting down - with our money

Just like others here, it has not been possible to reschedule/cancel flights because this company - for three weeks now - has not been responding to mails, not been available on the phone (neither German number nor Finnish one) and not responded via mail. I have even sent a registered mail so they have no chance of "escape". No response.

I have a right to cancel without fees since Travelstart.de has mentioned on their website it depends on the flight companies. There are other reasons too, I have stated them in the mail and the letter.

As others have already stated; this company seems to be broke and is slowly shutting down - of course with our money. They will not be available anymore. I will take care of this matter with my lawyer.
