Travelstart worst sevice

Very bad service from your agents Travelstart in Cape town gardens plus emirates. After getting the goahead from Emirates for a name correction due to booking with a nick name by mistake. I was told that i should pay $50 plus R1000 admin fee and the price of the original ticket. At the original fare, dates and times. Then after paying they would refund my original ticket in full back to me.

I did the payment just as the airline requested with the invoice and payment link that i was sent. Now i get an email to say the go ahead that i was given by the airline(emirates) is all of a sudden declined. And that i must purchase a new full price ticket. Emirates this is unacceptable i went through all the trouble and kept in contact for weeks with your agents and clearly got the go ahead from your airline after sending all relivant info as requested. I have all mail correspondence with me. As this matter will be taken further This is not right on your part.
