Travelstart - worst company

I had booked an airline ticket via Travelstart over two years ago. The flight was grounded and i did not receive my refund. When i spoke to an agent during that time i was told that the airline will refund it. The airlines licence has been suspended. No one has contacted me since. Now how do i get my money back? When they wanted the money i had to transfer into their account. Why should the airline refund me as i booked with Travelstart?This is the worse company to deal with.
