Travelstart Withholding our Refund - Unacceptable!!

What unacceptable service from Travelstart!! Travelstart is happy to take our money when we book flights, but now that we are following up on our refund due to us, DOLOLO! Our Qatar flight was cancelled due to Omicron Redlisting in December. We then requested for our refund in Mid December and were advised that it was being processed and that it will take 6-8 weeks. Last week I followed up on our refund and today I received an email advising us that the refund is in the queue and that it will be processed in 12 - 24 weeks! 6 MONTHS??!! They keep pushing out the timelines, and there is no way of contacting them on the phone. Their whatsapp line/ ebot Lucy constantly advises you that "Unfortunately agents are unavailable at the moment. Please retry once our offices are open"
