Travelstart will not take my money again

Sorry to say, but Travelstart will as far as possible not see my business again. I booked with them and payed for the opportunity to select my seats, and to change my booking if needed. As it happened, we needed to change the booking for the return flight due to a medical condition. It took them almost 2 days to get back, at which stage we had no other choice but to stick to the original date due to Covid test procedures. In addition, we would have to pay them, including the change levy, 4 times the amount we would have to pay the airline directly. Be aware, they are impossible to get hold of and extremely expensive if you need to make a change. Regards Andre
