I have been trying to get in touch via the WhatsApp line created and must have sent 100 messages, where the response stays at " Please wait while I transfer your chat to one of our agents. Meanwhile, please fee free to type in your query"...

Six days later and still no response.

Then I tried to send my query via the *** email and you only get the reply"Hi there,

We have received your query and will respond within 24 hours.

Should you need further assistance, we are available via WhatsApp Monday - Sunday: 09h00-21h00"

So back at square one - try to WhatsApp again and to wait again for six days...

God forbid for someone to have a very big emergency and trying to get hold of you.
