Travelstart will not be seeing my business again

So so dissatisfied with their communication platforms. Struggle to get feedback from Travelstart on email, whattsapp, or on their landline, holding on for 32 minutes which is unacceptable. Cancelled a booking have credit, did a new booking and dis accept it but their is no payment link to ensure i get the booking.
