Travelstart what a disappointment

Really an embarrassment of a company. Everyone keeps passing on details and cannot resolve my issue. Firstly after trying to move my flight due to the lockdown and no one getting back to me until the day of the flight and having to contact the actual airline to make the change. Then to trying to get a refund for the flight and more fees being taken off by both the agency and penalties by the airline. For what I ask? I don’t know! Then to being told the ticket is now with the airline and I have to contact them. With a response from the airline being that I have to contact the travel agency. Surely if I’m going to get a refund or suspend a ticket, the ‘travel’ agency should do so on my behalf?? Why must I do the work for them, what were the fees paid for?? Rude responses and overall ‘passing of the buck’ I will officially NEVER use this useless joke of a company again.
