TRAVELSTART UTTERLY USELESS - DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
USELESS!!!! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS FLIGHT BOOKING AGENT AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I have sent numerous requests for them to change my bookings as we have travel restrictions in Gauteng, to no avail. I have used their contact form no less than 5 times and they never get back to me. My flight is apparently still scheduled as planned, despite me requesting to cancel it more than 5 times. I have had to re-book a flight due to their incompetence. I will never ever use them again and would not recommend using them. No other way of contacting them and if you send a WhatsApp it asks you to send same contact forms in their website to which they never respond.

Your BA flight have have already sent to our refunds team who will submit for a full refund of fare and taxes.
