Travelstart - Useless to say the less

We had to suspend a booking due to COVID-19. Now that we are trying to reschedule the suspended booking we are not getting hold of travel start. They are not answering emails and their whatsapp automated chat bot, is totally useless. Why have these options available when non of them are working. We cannot even phone them because everything is automated. Useless!!!!!!
