TRAVELSTART - USELESS!!!

I purchased airline tickets through Travelstart. When I arrived at the airport at 07:00 I was advised that the relevant flight was canceled. I wasn't even informed of this by Travelstart. I was forced to purchase new tickets from another airline for me and my companion in order to make our next linked flight on time. The relevant airline has advised me via email that they want to refund me for the canceled flight, but it must be done via Travelstart as I booked and paid through them. Trying to get a refund from Travelstart, however, is an impossibly!!! They are useless! Stay the hell away from this NIGERIAN company!!!
