Travelstart uncontactable since 21 Mar 2020

Like many others, we are unable to to travel currently from Jhb to Zanzibar. All flights are suspended from Kenya Airways and they are offering cancellation and free flight changes. We need however to arrange it via the travel agency. Travelstart has not been responding to our emails or website queries since 21 Mar. There telephone lines also automatically disconnect after a few minutes. Don't know how or where to escalate anymore. Our flights are in less than 48 hrs.
