Travelstart-Unclear cancellations

I had made a booking on Travelstart for flights from JHB to CPT from the 30 Dec to 3 Jan. Using the website, I made a booking and almost immediately had the money deducted from my account. I was notified this by SMSes.

The next day, I receive an email stating that my booking was cancelled because the payment was denied. I called my banker and she confirmed that from their side as well the payment has been processed. I called and emailed Travelstart for over 3 days and there is no attention is given to my matter.

I still do not know if I am booked for these flights as when I call everyday, I rings for the longest time. I honestly want my money back or tickets. I will not buy the tickets at a higher price due to their inconvenience.
