TRAVELSTART UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS

Warning to all who book with Travelstart. Be afraid be very afraid when using them. I have just had to cancel my American Express Card 1 week before my departure date to prevent Travelstart from putting a charge of R4708.18 on my credit card that I have not authorised and know nothing about. They had already charged an additional R1186.88 that they have no explanation for and are wanting details from me when they are the ones that raised the amount and put it through. I picked it up when I got an alert on my cell phone. NEDBANK believe it or not can also not give me an additional statement of my credit card for transactions that happened after the last statement date. So if ***** is going on on your card and your phone doesnt alert you NEDBANK certainly doesnt and cannot send you proof of what is happening on an up today report. This is shocking to say the least. I have just cancelled my credit card with American Express and move the remainder of my money out of my accounts with NEDBANK
