Travelstart turning ********! They ***** money.
I also struggle to get hold of Travelstart after my flight got canceled. It is a good idea to have a phone number for customers in distress. Or just replying on your Whatsapp platform might have helped. Reading some of the reviews, and being in the same situation, I am surprised more of us do not team up and take them to court. It seems like what is happening is ********.

Tried the Whatsapp automated service ***) multiple times. After going through the prompts, no reply. Still waiting to connect to an agent.
Phoning *** directs you to the Whatsapp platform.
Phoning ***does not exist.
Tried the website call me back service. Still waiting, 48 hours later.
Tried to email *** and ***. Except for automated responses, also no reply as yet, 3 days later.
Tried to contact Qatar directly, but they can't help me, I need to do it through Travelstart.
