Twice we booked airline tickets with Travelstart! The first time we had to move the dates without any luck! None of our emails, whatsups or telephone calls were answered Up to a point where we have lost the tickets. In Dercember 2021 my wife by "accident" booked a ticket again from CT to OT in Johannesburg way in advanced. When she tried to check in on the day, the airlines told her that her ticket was cancelled with no explanation , and with no warning what so ever! At the end she had to pay for a new ticket to fly back. For the past weeks none of our emails or telephone calls were answered or rep**** on!! In total we have lost 3 tickets !! WORSE AGENCY AND WORSE CUSTOMER CARE!! TIME THAT CARTE BLANCHE INVESTIGATE THIS *****IENT AGENCY
