Travelstart- totally ********* company!

I booked a flight through Travelstart in Feb 2020. However Covid happened and the flights were cancelled. Travelstart told me not to worry and that when the time came to rebook you just had to contact Travelstart and they would rebook it. After numerous attempts to rebook the flight which I was told could be used by May 2022, Travelstart is now saying that the ticket is invalid and I cannot get a refund. I have received many different answers and no one can seem to help nor can you contact them via phone call. Disgraceful!
