Travelstart thievery

So the saga continues. I have received the email detailing the cancellation fee for the ticket with Air France. Travelstart state that the Airline Penalty is R 7,199.00 but when I call Air France they quote Eur 200 plus VAT which at todays rate is R 3,680.00. How come the Travelstart "Airline Penalty" is approximately 100% more expensive. Are they misrepresenting what Air France quoted them? They also get to keep the R1,994.96 Service and Travel Extras and they charge a R1,000.00 Admin fee to process said refund. Of course it also take 6-8 weeks to process. Also according to ASATA an error on a booking, notified to the agent within 24 hours can actually be changed. You ignored this too.
