Travelstart successfully obtains refund for unused flight

I wish to thank Travelstart for dealing with all correspondence relating to a recent flight booking that we had made through them on Kulula Airlines. Unfortunately we were unable to use this booking owing to my husband being Emergency admittance to hospital & undergoing Emergency surgery, making us unable to use or change this booking in the immediate future. Travelstart Staff dealt with this with Kulula & successfully obtained a full refund for us from Kulula. Thank you for your assistance. It is most appreciated.
