Travelstart Stole my money!!!!

We have checked your booking details for booking reference ZA***6 and can advise that a refund application number has been generated for each passenger of which has been forwarded to the airline trade support for assistance in finalizing from their end. We have been notified that the airline (Airlink) is processing through a backlog of refund applications however they will advise our refunds team once they have finalized from their end.
