Travelstart still leaves a bitter taste in our mouths

I complained on Hellopeter a bit more than a week back about Travelstart doing absolutely nothing about contacting their loyal customers with any help dealing with Covid 19 cancelations & refunds. It is impossible to get anybody of Travelstart to respond.

Within 15 minutes of posting on Hellopeter I received a response on Hellopeter in the stream that a representative from Travelstart will be contacting me shortly. It has been a week. Nothing. The six weeks period has now passed and they still have my money. The response on this platform was misleading as-if they were doing something about it.

Totally ******** on client service. If I could give them zero stars I would.
