TRAVELSTART - STAY AWAY

Travelstart website charged me FOUR TIMES for my ticket. They claim they had problems with their system, then authorized the airline SWISS AIR to take payment from me as well. I have been on their case for 2 WEEKS, all I keep getting is: Sorry for the inconvenience we are waiting on a reply from the airline. Travelstart reversed their payment a week later - and now it takes them days to just respond. to my email. RIDICULOUS - this was an R80 000 error????? I will NEVER in my life purchase anything through them again.
