Travelstart South Africa!

I am so fed up with Travelstart. I booked my international flights through them , I paid R2600 to have flexible tickets and it is impossible to get hold of them to change my tickets. I am now currently overseas and need to change my return ticket but there is no way of being able to contact them from abroad, they have online customer request forms , that you fill out with your request and they take a couple days to respond to that, and there response comes from a noreply email address so you can’t take it any further than that. I have family back home that have been trying to phone in every day, and they never get through to speak to anyone. They get cut off at 29 minutes every single time. This just seems absolutely ridiculous for a company that sells international flights , there should be a better online platform that allows you to do these things!!!
