Travelstart - Shocking service
Absolutely shocking service from Travelstart. Had endless problems changing booking and always at an Extra cost. Can never get hold of them. I've tried to get a Covid Test refund of R849 for over 2 months now. They keep asking for banking details. I keep sending them and nothing happens. Really disgusting service. I will never use them again.
