Travelstart shocking lack of service and customer care!!
The worst possible service, flight leaves tomorrow and I have been on hold for three days, used all my voice minutes as it’s not a free number. Have spoken to five different people who all promise to help and call back I am still waiting. They are happy to take your money tho! DO NOT EVER USE TRAVELSTART!!!

I have checked the booking and can see that the team will action the reissue once the outward flight status changes to used as the airline prohibits us from reissuing the ticket on a checked in status.
