Travelstart seems to be a hoax

I completely understand that the pandemic has caused many serious challenges for the travel & tourism industry. However, Travelstart is using this as an excuse in not responding to queries and portraits a total disregard for client service..

Apparently they are handling high volumes, which is really hard to believe - how do they attract clients in the first place? Unless a lot of people like ourselves, fell right into their trap by spending R50 000 on flight tickets and then nothing.

An extremely long trail of communication via their seem8ngly hoax website, disfunctional whatsapp service has caused me to takecesperate measures.

I have to admit I did receive a whatsapp from a real person who promised a cancellation quote within 48 hours - that was 22 days ago, and still no response.

Melissa.. I have noticed that you are the only "non -robotic" person on the other side of Travestart who has gone through some effort to respond o the Hello Peter complaints, we are hopeful that we might get a call from you and sincerely hope this was not a hoax. We are extremely desperate for answers and honestly Im considering to book a flight and visit your premises @ Longkloof Studios to show that I am a real person in need of real answers.
