Makes sense why you have a *** rating. I just booked a flight for the morning 10am arrival... I get to the end and pay and all of a sudden its booked for 8pm!! second time happening.. the first time they said ah sorry cant help you haha we have your money HA! HA! they dont give a **** about the client. im so sick of all these companies just blatantly *****ing us over.
