Travelstart ********-avoid using at all costs!
Been waiting for a refund since September 2021! Communication is non-existent. No response to emails, cant speak to anyone on the phone, only a pathetic automated whats app bot chat function available, which is useless. Wasted many hours trying to get my refund, but now writing off R3000 because its really not worth dealing with these ******** posing as "travel agents"!

Please note that I have checked the booking and can see that we had sent the request to the airline for a revert on the refund. We are currently waiting Airlink to finish processing the refund on their end. I have sent a follow up request and have asked the team to keep you in the loop.
