Travelstart ****

I rented a car on 15 December at 09h00, for collection 17 December. Canceled the reservation 40mins later on their Whatsapp platform... the ONLY way to communicate with them. They the activated the payment of the full amount R18k, on the 19 December, without me presenting my credit card, collecting the car, no further contact with them at all. I immediately tried to contact them via email and Whatsapp platform.. I spoke to a person in Ireland, who said that they had used Car Trawler as "Agents"????? I then got a number in Egypt and France to contact. After sending them my correspondence and screenshots of communication, which comp**** with their cancelation terms and conditions, they eventually offered me a "Voucher" once off Rental for the full amount blah blah blah... I very seldom, if ever rent a vehicle so it is useless to me. They refuse the refund.... What is also suspicious is that they kept frustrating the process with the following claims.. My surname is spelt incorrectly??? My reference number is wrong??? I sent screen shot.. My email address doesn't exist??? They are ********. I have watertight correspondence and the time-line...
