Travelstart ****

I’m ********** with R9000. Travelstart is the worst to buy flight tickets from. I’ve booked 6 return tickets Johannesburg-Durban for February 2023. Times for departure was changed automatically because there was enough seats for the time I’ve selected. I’ve noticed it only after I’ve paid and called them immediately. The lady that helped me voided the tickets. Until now since November I’m struggling to get my money back. I’m depressed. Hurt. Frustrated. Disappointed. Wanted to take my family for my parents 50th wedding anniversary to Durban. All my savings gone now. I don’t have money and don’t know what to do. Please someone advice what to do. PLEASE HELP!! I’ve called send WhatsApp’s, emails and Still no positive outcome.
