Travelstart- ****...
Booked a rental car on 15 December 2021. Canceled booking on Whatsapp platform 40 minutes later.. 3 days before supposed collecting of vehicle. Funds R18k were redeemed 19 December.. Promised a refund, less R908 admin fee, because cancelation was done before 24 hour deadline.. Cannot speak to a person, only email or Whatsapp platform. After hundreds of messages and emails, have now been offered a worthless voucher... ********... office in Ireland, call-centre in Egypt and France... don't understand English. Don't use this company...

I don't see why I should deal with another party... besides I have sent you and Car Trawler a myriad emails, screenshots and calls etc etc... You have sidestepped my refund.. You are *********. I comp**** with the refund terms..... Now I have been offered a "Voucher" which has all sorts of restrictions. I sent a screenshot of my communication to yourWhatsapp platform. You frustrated the process by claiming that my Surname, email address and reference number was incorrect.??????
