I wish I could give Travelstart 0 stars because that is what they deserve. I have been trying to cancel my flight for the last 2 months and today the 23rd of Aug was suppose to be my flight back to South Africa. I get an email to say that I must pay R300 to process the refund.

I will not pay you R300 when you take a whole 2 months to cancel my flight so F U. I will also make Travelstart public on all social media platforms of how pathetic and dishonest you are. I will never in my life use this **** company again.

I am so glad that you cant contact me as Im not in South Africa, but damn I would have told your fortune. Keep your refund and flights, I will just make you look like elephant **** on social media. Thanks for nothing Travelstart and to everyone out there, PLEASE do NOT book anything through Travelstart. They will NOT get back to you.
