Travelstart ripoff

i booked flights for my wife and i through travelstart on line 5 weeks before the flights to visit my wife's ill stepmother in Johannesburg but before the time he step mother passed away. 2 weeks prior to the time I tried to move my wife's flight forward by one week for her to attend the memorial funeral and i would fly up on the original booking and back with my wife. I was informed that it would cost R745 to do so. i could just pay for the new flight at R799 which as a pensioner i can not afford. My wife will not be able to attend the funeral because of this. I think this penalty charge is outrageous as the ticket would still have 2 weeks to fill on the previous flight. I have never in my 63 Years come across such a ******* and would not recommend booking through Travelstart to anyone.Not only that but i used up all my phone time and data for the month as i spent hours trying to contact them. I will never use them again and would just wish good luck in the future.
