Travelstart RipOff

Is travelstart another ripoff online sales company or are the people, typical of Cape Town, to lazy to work. And by work I mean answer emails, in reply to their mail, that was written 4 weeks ago and repeated every week or WhatsApp messages. So they have not heard of the internet, that explain if you try to call the average waiting time is 30 minutes ON MY CELL. You must be kidding. Maybe this is their way of saying we got your money now don't bother us !!!!!!! If you don't have their personal ref number you are totally persona non grata, even if you have the airline ref number, you are locked out of the system and cannot communicate via email on their website. I wonder, have they discovered the digital era or are they still delivering mail by runner and cleft stick.
