Travelstart refusal to assist.

I had business class tickets booked through Travelstart on Emirates Emirates cancelled my outgoing flight to New York. I have tried contacting travelstart 9 times with absolutely ZERO assistance! The ineptitude is astounding the nonchalant attitude toward customer care is concerning and I will be following legal avenues. I have around R90,000 invested in these two flights and Travelstart could not care less.
