Travelstart Refunds (Covid-19 flight Cancellation and Refund)

I had a query regarding a refund that was sent a few weeks back via there Travelstart chats. There was a misunderstanding where it came to the refund and correspondence that I previously sent. After explaining the situation, Elroy corresponded with the Refunds team and immediately solved the issue. He also sent me a confirmation email of the matter detailing all that we spoke about, to put my mind at ease. All of this was done in about 10 minutes.
