Travelstart Refunds

The flight times I got on the return leg of my trip on Qatar Airways (Laos to Johannesburg) were not as per the booking. I had to cancel my ticket for the return leg and had to buy another ticket with Qatar. Now I am struggling to get a refund from Travelstart, even though Qatar Airways is refunding the leg that was cancelled on the original ticket.
