Travelstart refund issues

We booked our flights to Europe with Travelstart. Due to the pandemic , we had to cancel our booking. We requested a refund and confirmed the cancellation on the 27th of July 2021. Travelstart told us it would take 8-10 weeks for the refund to be completed. We are now past 12weeks and every-time you email their refunds team - they give you a very general and miscellaneous reply, without actually giving proof that they are following up with the airline or providing an actual update or payment date.

In the past week, they have now stopped replying to mails & conveniently you cannot call them to speak to someone or escalate an issue to a manager of any sort.

Safe to say that they are great at taking your money but cannot seem to refund payments and basically expect the customers to wait for a ridiculous amount of time.

Our next step is to seek legal assistance in November 2021 if this payment has not been received.
