Travelstart Refund Big *******

We bought tickets from Travelstart to travel to Kenya in May 2020 with Ethiopian airlines Due to Covid this was impossible. We paid ZAR 10 998 for the tickets. Travelstart closed all mail correspondence since then (Email addresses used for communications were no longer available.)and only WhattsApp correspondence is possible. I asked for a refund and was informed to wait. Today we received a refund of ZAR2437.86. No info where the remaining ZAR 8000 is. We will not use Travelstart again although they were our preferred travel consultants. Reading the above is a warning to you and I suggest that you decide before making a booking with Travelstart.
