After having sent 30 emails to Travelstart from day 1 of Covid for a refund for a leg of a flight not allowed to take due to travel restrictions, Travelstart did everything to avoid a refund. first I had to fill a form, then another form, then the procedure was not yet 'launched' then this then that. And now finally, after another form change, the conclusion is that the date for a refund has expired. Well played Travelstart, because you were re-imbursed.
