Travelstart problem with tickets booked and paid on the 12th November 2019

We booked and paid for these ticket on the 12th November 2019 You then changed our flight on the 12th March –before we even knew about COVID lockdown – The new date change did not suit us as the wedding was due to take place on the 4th April – subsequently i have been emailing backwards and forwards over a year. I don't understand how you cant send emails To telkomsa.net as we received lots from you I have an alternative email as well ***

Please can you urgently respond or i will be forced to post all your promises of a refund on Hellopeter . I am tired of being shunned aside by Travelstart Booking Confirmed Reference ZA***2 Where is my e-ticket? Your payment is being processed.
