Travelstart poor service delivery

I have been so disappointed and annoyed at the same time, travelstart you really need to work on your customer care, no one answers the phone, have tried for days, would hold on for more than an 1hour.At one point an agent answered the phone and told me that l should takeup my matter with Fastjet, but surprisingly when we pay you guys don't refer us ton Fastjet, so what is the service fee for???when you cant offer that service. You guys you only need our money after booking flights you just dump us, this is so not right. If l had known better would have booked directly with the airline...
