Travelstart Poor Service

If you're thinking of travelling NEVER use Travelstart to book your ticketz. They will disappoint you. I booked a flight for tomorrow morning because I need to get my sister who's not well home ASAP and travelstart is not deducting all the money for the ticket. They keep sending emails with an option to pay which only wants to deduct the service fee.

Also, about a week ago I tried cancelling my sister's flights because she was in the hospital but they never got back to me. I had spoken to a consultant who promised to send me an email to confirm the cancelation and refund within 24 hours but I never received the email. Miss me with Travelstart.
