Travelstart Pathetic Service

I have used Travelstart for a number of years now. Never had a problem when booking new flights. Now that a flight was cancelled and I need a refund, they have not responded for 3 weekend now. Not eve. A courtesy reply to say we will look into it. They have lost a customer for life. I warn other people not to use them. Their service is shocking.
