Travelstart Pathetic Service
Booked two return tickets last year for my Girlfriend and I through Travelstart (Ref ) and subsequently cancelled all four. Paid cancellation (admin fee) and only got reimbursed for one flight out of four. This was during early December and early January. Have since sent numerous emails with no proper assistance. There refund email now also does not work. Pathetic service when they confirmed that i will receive my refund within 14 days. Do not recommend.
