TRAVELSTART PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AS USUAL...

I hope i never use Travelstart again. I have started my refund in January 2023 and i gave them my bank details 13 Feb 2023 and still to date 27/04/2023 i have not received my refund. I paid for this refund over R9000 for the 3 tickets i booked and i have requested many times via email (more than 4 times over a 2 month period). Everytime they say we are will revert soonest and i never hear back from them. I twice left messages to get the manager? RAMONA to call me back. Travelstart and Ramona are so disrespectful by not calling me back, to keep me updated of when i will get my refund. At this point 27/04/2023 i still dont know WHEN or IF I will get my refund??? I could have invested that money but Travelstart is costing me money over and over again...:-( VERY FRUSTRATED WITH TRAVELSTART PATHETIC SERVICE
